Faith and Hope
Two sides of a coin.
If I hope, if I wish for relief to come, where then is my faith? If I have faith, I trust in your will.
❖
I do not hope the light will come in the morning -- I know it.
I do not hope the trees will bud in spring -- I know it.
Yet here, today, faced by worry and lack, I hope for better times to come.
❖
Let me have faith, Lord.
