Clarity
Bright sun can blind.
In the morning, your guidance is bathed in clarity and force. How could I mistake your will under such conditions?
I leave my rooms and walk through the day. Come noon, that which was so clear is now covered in gauze. The high sun befuddles me.
❖
Lord, let me pause even in the midst of great activity, let me retreat and re-hear your words.
Grant me renewed and refreshed guidance, come noon. Grant me willingness to search for it.
