As Inside, Outide
The inside begets outer conditions.
I look out the window in the morning, after a night of sorrow. What looks back at me? A bleak land, reflecting my own despondency.
I look out at noon, after a morning of healing labor, and a lush meadow greets my sight.
❖
The meadows did not grow the space of a few hours. It is the viewer who changed.
Outer conditions reflect my state of mind. Let me, then, tend to my inner life.

Consider:
Can I better tend to my inner life?
